Police reported 107 citizens and 4 premises` owners for violations of COVID-19 measures after carrying out 4,142 checks across Cyprus in the last 24 hours.
 
An officer of the Police Press Office told CNA that in Nicosia the checks were 843 and 28 citizens were reported and 2 premises` owners, in Limassol the Police made 1,102 checks and reported 39 citizens and 1 premises’ owner while in Larnaca the checks were 654 with 23 reports of citizens and 1 premises’ owner and 1 premises’ owner.
 
In Pafos the checks were 637 during which 23 citizens and 1 premises` owner were reported and in Famagusta the Police carried out 513 checks during which 10 citizens were reported.
 
In the area of Morphou the checks were 143 with 2 reports of citizens. Zero reports were made in 18 checks conducted by the Marine Police. At Pafos airport two citizens were reported because of not using the mask and not processing the Cyrpus Flight Pass.
