Omonia of Nicosia had a good 3-0 victory over AEL in the GSP Stadium.
The Ghana international winger Asante opened the scoring for Omonia in the 63rd minute at the Neo GSP Nicosía.It was his first league goal for the side since he joined this transfer window from United Arab Emirates outfit Fujairah. Asante was substituted in the 86th minute by which time Omonia Nicosia were still holding onto that slim lead.But Andronikos Kakoulis doubled their lead in the 89th minute and an injury time goal from Éric Bauthéac which was a penalty to give the Greens a 3-0 win over the Limassol team AEL.
Apoel still suffering from being knocked out of the Europa League drew 0-0 with Ermis Aradippou. Paralimni shocked and got their first three points defeating league contenders AEK 2-1
AEK were leading 1-0 with a goal from Trikovski in the third minute Paralimni equalised in the 59th minute through Balotelli and their winner in the 78th minute through Undozi.
Anorthosis got back to winning ways and beat Olympiakos 2-0 with their goals coming from Villitaia and in added time from Okriasvilli. Top of the table Apollon beat Ethnikos 2-1 with their goals coming from Digini and Benson, Ethnikos goal came from Tolezal. Pafos beat Nea Salamina 1-0 and Doxa drew with Karmiotissa 3-3.
