Nansia Movidi was born in Larnaca, Cyprus and resides in Los Angeles, California where for the last 25 years she studied and worked in film. Nansia has always been intrigued with the subconscious mind and how we work as humans. This led her to the door of HMI College of Hypnotherapy – the first Nationally Accredited college of Hypnotherapy in the US, where after extensive training, is now a certified Master Hypnotist.

The sessions are tailored for a group setting, focusing on releasing stress and interacting with the world around us in a more calm and peaceful way. We live at a time were stress is becoming our natural state of being; unprocessed stress can manifest into pain and many illnesses.
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that allows the hypnotherapist to work with subconscious and create with the client the desired outcome. While Hypnosis feels like a meditative state, it is different in a sense that while in Hypnosis both conscious and subconscious are present. We all have the capacity to design the lives we desire and sometimes determination, willpower and resources are not enough to fuel the lives we desire. We think we are on the driver’s seat, but our subconscious is what’s driving our lives.
