The Cyprus Government had a meeting with prominent members of the Cypriot diaspora had a virtual meeting this week where members from the UK, US, Australia, South Africa, Africa France Greece and many other countries were virtual present.. 

Also invoved at the meeting was President Anastasiades, the foreign Secretary Nikos Christodoulides and the Presidential Commissioner Photis Photiou. 

At this meeting it was suggested by the Presidential Commissioner Photis Photiou that with the Cypriot Sports Association they may hold sport tournaments maybe a football tournament between Cypriots from countries within the Cypriot diaspora to be held in Cyprus
