Officers investigating an assault on a member of staff on the London Underground are today releasing this CCTV image in connection.

On 11 July at around 00.20am the victim was working at Mornington Crescent station when two members of the public began fighting.

The victim tried to separate the pair but was pushed to the floor and had to attend hospital.

He is believed to have sustained possible nerve damage.

Officers believe the man in this CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
