Trident detectives are investigating an incident in Haringey in which two people were shot in a makeshift music studio.
At 0114am on 14 May, two males fired shots inside a property in Dowsett Road, Tottenham.
A 24-year-old man (Victim 1) and a 20-year-old man (Victim 2) were taken to hospital suffering gunshot injuries. Both have since been discharged and are recovering well.
The location was a music studio which had been converted from a private garage. The studio was well used by a number of people to record and format music.
The suspects drove to the location and made off in a white Mercedes SLK vehicle, which had been stolen in Camden at some point between 9 May and 13 May.
The vehicle has not been traced since the shooting, and police are appealing for the public’s help in tracing it.
Investigating officer DC Mike Clinch said: “This white Mercedes SLK – registration number LD05 BCU – was driven away from the scene on the A406 North Circular Road towards Waltham Forest.
“It may have continued out of London from there, but equally it is possible that the car has been parked up somewhere in north or east London, maybe in Waltham Forest, Barking and Dagenham or Redbridge.
“The Mercedes is distinctive as it’s a roadster type vehicle, white in colour and a second generation model. I need to find this car, as it may be crucial to our investigation.”
Police are releasing two images of the car, captured on CCTV on the morning of the incident.
