Results negative for suspected Coronavirus case in Cyprus

The results of tests carried out on samples from a suspected Coronavirus case in Cyprus have come back negative, according to an update received by the Ministry of Health from the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics.

In a press release, the Ministry of Health says the Chinese woman’s health is improving.

The Chinese woman resides permanently in Cyprus and visited China in the past couple of weeks. She was on board an airplane that arrived at Larnaca Airport from Moscow. While onboard she presented a high temperature and other symptoms similar to those of the Coronavirus.
