Cooking Up A Fortune (C4, 5.30pm tomorrow Monday )

A cross between My Million Pound Menu and My Kitchen Rules, this cookery show is set in a “food arena” where three pairs of amateur cooks compete to earn the most profit with their signature recipes. Presented by Dominic Cools-Lartigue, a “night-market entrepreneur”, this episode features an uncle and nephew cooking Greek-Cypriot food, Liverpudlian friends trying to make scouse happen and a Dorset couple pushing a Blue Vinny burger: “People will get a very exciting little lumpy cheese experience.” With Masterchef and GBBO at large, it might be a food show too many, though. Victoria Segal
