Man charged following Potters Bar burglary

A man has been charged following a burglary in Potters Bar.

It was reported that between around 12.01pm and 12.13pm on Saturday, August 25, entry was gained to a property in Elmroyd Avenue. An untidy search was carried out and a safe was taken.

Shane Brady, aged 30 of Haringey Park, London, has been charged with burglary. He appeared at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court yesterday and was remanded into custody to await trial.
