Leeds United moved to the top of the Sky Bet Championship standings on Tuesday night after twice coming from behind to secure a point away at Swansea City. Oli McBurnie netted a brace for the hosts, but goals from Kemar Roofe and Pablo Hernandez ensured Marcelo Bielsa’s side remained unbeaten.

Frank Lampard earned his first home win as Derby County manager, his Rams side seeing off Ipswich Town 2-0 at Pride Park – Joe Ledley and Tom Lawrence the men to net the goals.

Hull City got their maiden win of the 2018/19 season away at Rotherham United, where they came out on top in a five-goal thriller. A Jackson Irvine double was added to by a Fraizer Campbell strike to ensure all three points.

Queens Park Rangers’ torrid start to the season continued at home to Bristol City. Andreas Weimann netted twice, and Matty Taylor once, as Lee Johnson’s Robins eased to a 3-0 triumph.

Peterborough United and Portsmouth both made it four wins from four matches on Tuesday night.

Posh, who sit top of the table on goal difference, were 1-0 victors away at Charlton Athletic thanks to a late Jason Cummings penalty; the striker’s fourth goal of the season.

Ronan Curtis continued his fine form for Pompey, netting in the 87th minute to give Kenny Jackett’s side a 2-1 win over Bristol Rovers, as Chris Lines went from hero to villain for the hosts – the substitute had come on and equalised for the Gas, before being sent off just two minutes later.

Barnsley continued their fine form with an emphatic 4-0 away win at Rochdale. Kieffer Moore continued to prove he is prolific at Sky Bet League One level with a hat-trick, while Brad Potts also got on the scoresheet.

Walsall are tied with the Tykes on 10 points after coming away from AFC Wimbledon as 3-1 winners, becoming the first side to breach the Dons’ defence this term.

Billy Kee picked up his first goals of the season as he helped Accrington Stanley to victory away at Oxford United. The 3-2 win for Stanley continued the U’s disappointing start to the season; Karl Robinson’s men are without a point and have conceded 13 goals in four games.

Elsewhere, Luton Town and Blackpool earned their first victories of the season. Managerless Blackpool hosted Coventry City and were 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Mark Cullen and Joe Dodoo. The Hatters welcomed Southend United to Kenilworth Road and won by the same scoreline – their goals coming from Elliot Lee and Danny Hylton.

Elsewhere, Bradford City defeated Burton Albion 1-0, while the fixtures between Plymouth Argyle and Wycombe Wanderers, and Doncaster Rovers and Shrewsbury Town, ended in draws.

Exeter City and Lincoln City lead the way in Sky Bet League Two with 10 points after four games.

The Grecians, who sit top on goal difference, were 2-0 winners at Cambridge United on Tuesday night.

Danny Cowley’s Imps welcomed Bury to Sincil Bank and came from a goal down to win 2-1 thanks to goals from John Akinde and Lee Frecklington.

Colchester United are one of three sides behind the top two currently sitting on eight points. They hosted Crewe Alexandra and were comprehensive 6-0 winners – it is United’s biggest win since 1996, and means the Railwaymen have both won and lost 6-0 this season.

The other two sides on eight points are Milton Keynes Dons and Stevenage, and they both dropped points on Tuesday evening. The Boro travelled to Forest Green Rovers and were held to a goalless draw, while Paul Tisdale’s Dons drew 1-1 at home to Grimsby Town.

Four teams remain winless in the division. Notts County prop up the rest at the bottom of the division, and were beaten 3-2 at Rodney Parade by Newport County.

Macclesfield Town and Cheltenham Town earned their first points as they drew 1-1 against each other, however the result wasn’t enough to ensure Gary Johnson remained the manager of the Robins. His departure was confirmed late on Tuesday evening.

Northampton Town are the other winless side after a 1-0 defeat away at Morecambe, who finished the game with 10 men and midfielder Alex Kenyon in between the sticks. AJ Leitch-Smith’s strike gave the Shrimps their first goal and first points of the new campaign.

Elsewhere, Carlisle United saw off Port Vale 2-1 at home, while there were goalless draws between Tranmere Rovers and Mansfield Town, and Yeovil Town and Oldham Athletic.
