We would like to speak to him in connection with a sexual assault against a woman who was travelling with her child on the London Underground between Mile End and Leytonstone.
The incident happened at around 6.20pm on 21 February as the woman, who is aged in her thirties, was standing and speaking to her six-year-old daughter on the Tube.
A man touched the woman inappropriately and when the victim turned to look at him, he began speaking to her daughter to try and avoid confrontation from the victim.
They left the train at Leytonstone station and the man continued speaking to the victim and her daughter.
He then left and returned to Stratford where he boarded a DLR in the direction of Woolwich Arsenal.
Officers have been investigating the incident and reviewing CCTV footage and would now like to speak to the man in the CCTV image as he may have information which could help with the investigation.
