Do you recognise this man? We’d like to speak to him in connection with an incident of outraging public decency.

The incident happened on 20 February 2017, on a train between Clapham Junction and Victoria station in London.

A man stood in front of a woman and exposed himself, before touching himself inappropriately.

He followed her through the train until she challenged him and he stopped.

She then left the train and the offender is thought to have left at Victoria station.

Officers would like to speak to the man shown in the CCTV image as he may have information which could help with the investigation.
