Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a stabbing in Camden.
An investigation was launched after a man was attacked shortly before 04:00hrs on Tuesday, 18 April in Eversholt Street, NW1.
Officers and London Ambulance Service attended the scene and found the victim, a 26-year-old man, suffering stab injuries. He was taken to a central London hospital for treatment – he remains there; his injuries are not life threatening.
The man was assaulted after becoming involved in an altercation with four males as he walked along Camden High Street into Eversholt Street.
Following the attack the suspects made off – three down Eversholt Street and one down Mornington Crescent.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the attack, including a man who provided first aid to the victim but left prior to police arriving at the scene.
