Goals galore at Dagenham and Redbridge FC where the semi final was held in front of hundreds of fans in glorious sunshine and exciting for all the fans.
Last years FA Sunday Cup winners New Salamis got off to a good start when Alex Addai crossed and Ryan Hervel was there to knock it into the back of the net. Chessington United who beat Omonia in the previous round were back in the game when they were awarded a penalty which Ahmed Alsanawi equalised to make it 1-1. Minutes later Alex Addai added a second to make it 2-1 to the red’s. It was now game on with Deniz Mehmet passing two players before slotting home to make it 3-1 and just before the break Chessington United’s Todd Murphy scoring from a free kick to go in at half time New Salamis 3-2 up.
Second half New Salamis were quick off the mark and increased their lead to 4-2 with a Mark Kirby header then a Ryan Hervel free kick gave New Salamis a 5-2 lead before Deniz Mehmet put in the finishing touches to finish the game 6-2 winners and two years on the trot for New Salamis in the final this time versus Hardwick FC who beat Home Bargain FC in the other semi final and the Cup final is to be staged at a Premier League stadium yet to be arranged.

Olympia 2 Yeni Bogazici Dogan Spor 0
What a cracking game this was in front of a big crowd at Whittington Park our team
Olympia against Turkish Cypriot team Yeni Bogazici Dogan Spor .
Both teams were evenly matched Olympia were more attack minded than their opposition who were very good defensively.
Yeni were using the wings to break while Olympia were good on the counter attack and the more dangerous of the two sides.
Late in the second half Olympia were rewarded with a headed own goal from a throw in and then towards the end a cracking goal from just outside the box from Yemi ensured a 2-0 win and a place in the LFA Sunday Challenge Cup versus New Salamis or Docklands.
It is the first time that Olympia have reached the LFA Sunday Challenge Cup Final.
First Division
St Panteleimon 3 Livadia 3
In the late kick off on Sunday from the start both teams played flowing attacking football Livadia opened the scoring on 15 minutes with a 25 yard strike from Andreas Kyprianou that deceived Donald Manaj.
St Panteleimon responded magnificently with an excellent team goal finished off by the impressive Roberto Katsikas levelling the score to go into the break 1-1.
At the restart it was the Saints that started on the front foot pressurising the Livadia defence. Following some neat interplay Jack Smith played a fantastic through ball to the dangerous Nikos Salapatas who fired home superbly making it 2-1 to the Saints.
Livadia began forcing the Saints back. Their pressure earned them a corner and following a great delivery the ball was headed in by Luke Demetriades. Within minutes of the restart Livadia continued to apply pressure and went ahead on 70 minutes from a great finish a chip from Andreas Kyprianou.
St Panteleimon then showed tremendous character and spirit in the last 15 minutes. Athos Kyriacou and Simon Orwin were introduced by the Saints and both made an immediate impact. On 85 minutes it was the determined Athos who broke free on the right to fire home the equaliser.

Omonia 4 Brotherhood 1
After the recent disappointing upheaval Omonia are back with a bang with their first win under new manager Chris Andreou and very convincing it was and they took the lead very quickly with Alex Anderson, their goalkeeper Nick Christofi then saved a penalty from Brotherhood then Adrian Campbell added a second and Theo a third before Alex scored the 4th before Brotherhood scored right at the end to finish the game with Omonia 4-1victors.
Second Division
Apoel 7 Asha 0
Apoel are now confirmed Champions with three games to go with only losing two games so far and they won it in style by blasting Asha 7-0. Their goals coming from Adam Lambrou 2, Erhan Sancak 1, George Lutayya and a hat trick from Demetris Christou.
And believe me on this form theyre looking good to do well in the first division.
Maronites 4 Komi Kebir 2
Maronites are back to their winning ways after beating Komi Kebir 4-2 to put big dent in Komi Kebir’s promotion hopes
Maronites goals came from Stefan Capsalis, Franco Michael 2 and Lewis Barclay.
Komi Kebir’s goals were scored by Joe Barnett and Kyri Christofi.
Pantel 2 Achna 0
Pantel are looking promising contenders for promotion to the first division under manager Demi Ponnou and a convincing win over much improved Achna with their goals coming from Rob Collins and their captain Andrew Kitipos.
