We are releasing a CCTV image of a man officers would like to speak to in connection with two incidents of outraging public decency.
The offences happened on 3 January and 5 February, but have recently been linked, and officers believe the man shown in the CCTV image may have information which could help with the investigation.
The first incident, on 3 January, happened at around 4pm on board a Queens Town Road to Mortlake train. A 51-year-old woman saw a man exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately before leaving the train. The second incident, on 5 February, happened at around 7.45pm on board a train from Waterloo to St Margaret’s station in Hertfordshire.
A 21-year-old woman saw a man exposing himself on the train.
If anyone recognises the man shown in the CCTV image, please contact BTP by calling 0800 40 50 40 or text information to 61016, quoting reference number 196 22/03/17.
