AEL Limassol and its coach Pambos Christodoulou have mutually decided to part ways according to a joint announcement they issued.

Christodoulou was under pressure after the 4-1 defeat from Omonia Nicosia and the 2-1 defeat from Ermis Aradipou. AEL is to see the season through under the coaching of Dionisis Dionisiou who was Christodoulou’s assistant.

Christodoulou joined AEL last year in mid-season for his second term with the club. Christodoulou had led AEL in 2011-2012 when the team was declared Cyprus Champions.
