UK authorities have confirmed that the vodka brand ‘Imperial’ which is being sold in Cyprus is not made in Britain as claimed on the bottle.
The product’s barcode (8692014001061) is from Turkey and the vodka is being distributed and sold in the occupied areas.
The Health Ministry and Health Services are calling on the public to avoid consumption of the specific products and shopkeepers to remove them from their shelves immediately.
