President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades concludes on Wednesday his official visit to the United Arab Emirates and returns Thursday to Cyprus.

An official press release issued here on Wednesday said Anastasiades, who was accompanied during his visit by Finance Minister Haris Georgiades, Energy Minister Yiorgos Lakkotrypis, Government Spokesman Nicos Christodoulides, Under Secretary to the President Constantinos Petrides and other officials, had a series of meetings with state officials as well as with investment funds and businessmen in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The President of the Republic met on Tuesday with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi in the framework of which a bilateral Agreement and three Memoranda of Understanding were signed.

On Wednesday he addressed a business forum in Dubai, attended by a large number of businessmen from Cyprus and the Emirates. President Anastasiades and the Cypriot delegation return to Cyprus tomorrow.
