In the only game last night in the KOPA Football League  New Salamis Beat Cetinkaya Cinar 4-0 at New River Astro with New Salamis leading from the 2oth minute with a goal from Richard Georgiou who ten minutes later missed a penalty.  New Salamis increased their lead to three nil at half time with goals from Shaun Mullings and Richard Benjamin. Then with ten minutes to go  Richard Benjamin added a a fourth and his second with a powerful shot from the edge of the box. In outstanding form at centre half was 16 years old Aris Savva he is definitely one to watch for the future.

This result means Cetinkaya Cinar are relegated to the second division along with Komi Kebir and Omonia.
