A British father who fled to the occupied part of  Cyprus with his baby son to conceal him from social workers used a videolink hearing to taunt a High Court judge and claim that he would never be caught. He and his wife were the subject of an International alert after he and his partner took their five month old son to the occupied part of Cyprus to escape a child protection plan put in place Leicester City Council.
