Police investigating the murder of Turkish Cypriot Mehmet Hassan in Islington have tonight, Sunday, 30 March, charged two men and a woman with his murder.

[A] Nicholas Chandler, 28 (12.03.86) of Bow, E1; [B] Leone Granger, 24 (20.07.89) of Gillingham, Kent and [D] Kyrran Jackson, 27 (3.12.86) of Lewisham will all appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 31 March.

Four other people [C – 30ys; E – 24ys; F – 34ys; G – 18ys] who were arrested in connection with the investigation have been bailed until early June pending further enquiries.
