Man arrested in Paphos for holiday scam

A 29-year-old man is being questioned by Paphos police regarding a case of obtaining money by false pretences.
The owner of holiday accommodation in the town complained to police that he had paid €1,960 to a man who had promised to bring Russian tourists to the facility, but the man disappeared with the cash.
Paphos CID is investigating the matter after arresting the 29-year-old.
