Marcos and Eric Butorac are through to the semi-finals of the BMW Open after edging Lukas Dlouhy and Viktor Troicki 4-6, 6-3, 12-10 on Thursday in Munich. Marcos and Butorac won six points more than their opponents as they claimed victory in 70 minutes.

In Saturday’s semi-finals, they will face either second seeds Jurgen Melzer and Leander Paes, or Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah. Marcos is bidding to reach his first ATP World Tour doubles final since winning the Zagreb title 14 months ago with Mikhail Youzhny
