As an ex model and actress I  smoked over 20 cigarettes daily. Today as a coach, author and Harley Street Hypnotherapist  I believe smoking tobacco is totally last season. It made my hair stink, it aged me,  it ruined my  expensive veneers, it cost me a fortune, it was extremely  bad for my health, it made me wheeze, and it made me anti –social.  Standing  outside  when it was snowing, pelting with  rain and freezing cold on my  own at parties was no fun and it was certainly not  a good look. A few A listers spotted out and about in Hollywood with Electronic cigarettes include; Leonardo Dicaprio, Paris Hilton, Charlie Sheen,  Lindsay Lohan,  Brittany Spears, Kevin Ferderline, Ryan Seacrest, Catherine Zeta Jones  Nikki Reed of Twilight fame, Tom Petty promoted his when being interviewed by Parade  and our very own A lister Kate Moss was rumoured to be smoking an E cig whilst on holiday.  When Katherine Heigel was interviewed on David Letterman show explaining  she uses E cigs  as an alternative to smoking tobacco David Letterman couldn’t resist having a puff and said he thought it was ‘remarkable’.
