An Early Day Motion (EDM) submitted by a number of British MPs calls for all public premises to have only two toilets one unisex to be used by both men and women and a separate disabled toilet.

Any premises wishing to have more will be taxed and that will be levied on the size of the premises. These will be payments in lieu in tax payments to the Local Governments.
