A SHOP in Potters Bar was raided by three thieves, one of who appeared to be carrying a gun.
Detectives have released CCTV images in a bid to track down the trio, who struck on Friday night.
The ben burst into A&D Mini Market on the High Street, shouting and demanding cash.
One was holding what looked like a small handgun in the air.
A terrified shop worker opened the till, and one of the men pulled out the drawer containing cash, as well as helping himself to bottles of alcohol.
The trio then fled.
DS Jason Finnegan, from the Local Crime Unit in Borehamwood, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who knows anything about this incident or if you believe you know who the men are in these images.
“This is understandably a very distressing incident for the staff at the shop and we a determined to bring those responsible to justice.”
It happened at around 10.30pm.
