Man attacked in Larnaca

A 26-YEAR-OLD Romanian was hit in the face with an iron bar yesterday by two men who grabbed his laptop at around 1am in Ermou Street, Larnaca. According to police, while patrolling the Larnaca area they found an injured man. An ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital. During questioning, the 26-year-old said he was walking home from work when two strangers, speaking broken Greek, attacked him and stole his laptop, worth €400. The 26-year-old fractured his left cheekbone bone and has been held in hospital for preventive care. Larnaca police are continuing with their investigations
