Elsewhere Wigan take on Reading at the DW Stadium and the Royals can overtake their hosts with three points but are yet to win away so far this season.

Desperate

Aston Villa are also desperate to climb up the table but face a stiff test as Arsenal are the visitors at Villa Park.

Stoke and Fulham complete the Saturday fixtures and the Potters need a three-goal win to leapfrog their opponents at the Britannia Stadium.

The lunchtime kick-off on Sunday  and sees Brendan Rodgers return to the Liberty Stadium as Liverpool travel to Swansea.

Elsewhere on Sunday, Southampton take on Newcastle with Nigel Adkins’ team buoyed by their win at QPR and eyeing further success against a Magpies team fresh from back-to-back home defeats.
