An unexploded, high-intensity bomb was discovered at the base of a car’s windshield in Larnaca earlier today, after neighbours tipped off police.
The luxury car reportedly belongs to a Larnaca businessman and was parked outside the apartment building he resided in.
According to the CyBC correspondent, bomb squad personnel swiftly arrived to the scene and disarmed the explosive.
Police are now investigating the businessman’s professional environment for clues.
