It’s a huge weekend of Premier League action and none bigger than the clash that kicks off the programme between London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea.
Chelsea have the chance to extend their lead at the top of the table but must travel to the Emirates Stadium to take on Arsene Wenger’s in-form Arsenal.
With both sides unbeaten in the Premier League this season and each having scored six goals in Capital One Cup wins in midweek, something has to give -12.45pm on Saturday.
In the 3pm kick-offs, Liverpool go in search of a much-needed win when they travel to Carrow Road to take on Chris Hughton’s Norwich.
Both Hughton and Brendan Rodgers are still waiting for their first Premier League victory in charge of their current clubs and defeat would leave the loser in the relegation zone.
There are home games for three other Premier League sides still searching for that elusive first win of the campaign.
Saturday
Arsenal v Chelsea
Everton v Southampton
Fulham v Man City
Reading v Newcastle
Sunderland v Wigan
Stoke v Swansea
Norwich v Liverpool
Man Utd v Tottenham
Sunday
Aston Villa v West Brom
Reading host Newcastle at the Madejski Stadium anxious to move off the bottom of the league, while Stoke could hand a first start to Michael Owen in their clash against Swansea at the Britannia Stadium.
Sunderland have drawn their first four matches of the Premier League season but will have high hopes of an improved result at home to Wigan.
Elsewhere, Everton will be looking to bounce back from Capital One Cup disappointment and continue their fine league form against Southampton at Goodison Park.
Clean sheet
The final 3pm game sees Premier League champions Manchester City travel to face Fulham at Craven Cottage with Roberto Mancini’s men still without a clean sheet this season.
The late kick-off on Saturday sees Manchester United host Tottenham in an intriguing game between two sides that are unbeaten in their last six games in all competitions.
The Super Sunday game is a West Midlands derby between Aston Villa and West Brom that kicks-off at 4pm.
Villa have had a mixed start to the season under new boss Paul Lambert but will be buoyed by their cup triumph over champions Manchester City in midweek.
They’ll need to bring that sort of form to Villa Park on Sunday if they are to beat a Baggies side that has picked up 10 points from their first five games of the season.
