LARNACA – Two women aged 20 and 40 have been arrested in connection with a fatal accident in Larnaca in the early hours.
George Kamilaris, 25, of Troullous, was riding a motorcycle on Makarios Avenue, Larnaca at 2.45am when it collided with a vehicle driven by the 20-year -old woman as it crossed his path.
He died later in Larnaca hospital.
The driver failed a breath test and was arrested on charges of causing death through negligence, as was her 40-year-old passenger who was held for giving false information.
