A 10-year-old boy has been raped at knifepoint in Larnaca.
He was playing with friends in the Phinikoudes area of the town when he was approached by a man on a motorbike, according to police.
The man persuaded to go off with him and later raped him under threat of a knife.
An examination found serious indications that the boy had been raped. He is in shock in the Makarios Children’s Hospital in Nicosia
