While Katie Price has publicly claimed that she is happy for ex-husband Peter Andre and his new 22 year-old girlfriend Emily Macdonagh sources claim the star has been bragging that he will “never love anyone” the way he loved her.

The couple, who split in May 2009 after three years of marriage have had a strained relationship since divorcing and though the former glamour model is now engaged to Brazilian toy boy Leandro Penna it seems Pete hooking up with a much younger woman hasn’t gone down we.

An insider told Now magazine that not only has she been analysing photos of the new couple together she has been having ‘heart-to-heart’s about the romance with friends.

“Katie’s been trying to maintain a dignified silence over Pete’s new romance but it’s really getting to her,” an insider revealed.

“So when she saw photos of them together she concluded that Pete walking in front of Emily without holding her hand was a sign that she isn’t that important to him.

“She remembered that when they were happily married he’d always hold her hand or they’d walk side by side.”

It seems that from the photos, Katie believes that her ex isn’t that serious with the stunning medical student who he has reportedly been dating for a few weeks.

The friend went on to claim, Katie said:“Pete will never love anyone the way he loved me.”

The star addressed the relationship on her website soon after they went public, saying: “I very much hope that Pete has found someone else he is happy with and can focus on.”

The couple have two children together, Princess Tiaami and Junior.
