Cyprus President Demetris Christofias is due to pay a visit to Jordan in September at the invitation of His Majesty King Abdullah, Cypriot Ambassador in Amman Charalambos Hadjisavvas said on Thursday.
During the three-day visit, the president is scheduled to hold talks with the King on bilateral relations and regional developments, Hadjisavvas told The Jordan Times.
The visit will also tackle Jordanian-European cooperation as Cyprus is currently the president of the EU Council, the ambassador added.
