Anorthosis FC (London) elected a new committee last week the secretary of the Club Kokos Georgiou made an opening speech welcoming the members old and new to the club. He spoke about the difficulties the club is having and the progress they are hoping to make. The Chairman Kypros Costi thanked every one for coming and then gave a review of the club’s last season.

The treasurer George Kyriacou then gave a healthy and encouraging report.

The evening continued with a new committee being elected as follows.

Kypros Costi: Chairman. Secretary: George Georgiou. Vice Chairman: Antonis Savvides. George Kyriacou: Treasurer. Varnavas Michael: Event organiser. Michael Costi: Sports developer. Marinos Demetriou: Club Co Ordinator.

Members: George Kailou: Doros Theodorou, Marios Georgiou, Haris Kaimakliodis and Tasos Kounas.

Mario Koureas was appointed next season with George Georgiou his assistant.

Anorthosis also thanked Sotiris Campanellas for his support last season.

On Sunday Anorthosis veterans team played played against Stationers .
