Two men — a Greek Cypriot and a Turkish Cypriot have been arrested on suspicion of robbing a coffee shop in Tseri, on the outskirts of Nicosia on Sunday night.
The 67 year old owner who was alone in the shop at the time said two men entered the coffee shop at around 9pm and attacked her with a knife, took €3,000 and fled.
Neighbours contacted the Police and called an ambulance.
Police said the woman recognised the assailants and gave their names to the police. They were later arrested.
