Police are searching for a man who robbed a Co-op bank in Yeri at gunpoint on Thursday.  According to reports, the hooded robber burst into the bank at around 12pm and threatened staff into handing over cash.
He fled the scene in a saloon car after grabbing around €10,000.
Police have launched a manhunt for the assailant and have set up several road blocks in the area.
