Cypriot millionaire joins Desperate Scousewives cast! Essex is no longer the only way for reality TV fans as a new series is aiming to take the show’s crown! Desperate Scousewives, a new ‘dramality’ show about real-life Liverpudlians, launched Monday night on E4 and it comes with a new set of glamorous stars for reality TV fans to obsess over. One such star is George Panayiotou, 24, a London-born entrepreneur, nightclub owner and heir to property empire The Ability Group – a company worth an estimated cool £750 million! His father, Andy Panayiotou, owns Hilton Hotel Liverpool, one of the city’s finest hotels, where George is soon to open his £2 million members-only super club Playground.

Speaking to George earlier this week, he said, “I am driven to be the biggest and the best, a work hard play harder kind of guy. I’ve spent the last two years working on my own nightclub concept; it is set to offer a fantastic night out in first class luxury.” He added, “I want to change the way people party forever. Liverpool is a place where everyone is regarded the same and no one sticks their nose up at you for what you do or don’t have; everyone wants to party!” From £10 cocktails to £600 bottles of champagne, a Vegas style cabaret and clientele such as footballers, celebrities, lawyers and bankers, the swanky new night spot is being billed as the ‘playground’ of the rich and famous. And George has got some of the best people from the north-west in on the project to bring the wow factor, including Alex Gerrard, wife of Liverpool’s skipper Steven Gerrard, who has designed the membership cards!

Multi-millionaire George who now splits his time between London and Liverpool, says he is grateful for being given the opportunity to be in the new reality show. “Desperate Scousewives is about glamour and I love being a part of the show.
