AEL top the table after a 1-0 away win in their local Limasol  derby versus Aris .They made it hard for themselves and had to  wait till the 49th minute with a goal from Junior to beat second from bottom Aris.

Omonia are in second place today after their 2-0 home win over bottom of the table Ermis. This game saw the return of Aloneftis to the Omonia side whose two goals came in the space of six minutes in the 48th to 54th minute from Agkouar and Freddy.

Enosis Paralimniou 2-0 with goals in the last ten minutes from Semedo and Krivokapits beat their Paralimni rivals Anayennissis putting them in 4th place.
