Cyprus Airways flights faced disruption Sunday morning because of a wildcat strike by Greek air traffic controllers.
CA spokesman Kyriacos  Kyriacou said that delays of up to three hours were expected, affecting particularly flights to Milan, Frankfurt, London and Zurich.
There are no alternative routes to Europe for CA because Cypriot airlines are barred from Turkish airspace
