Gary Robb, the Briton who is accused of illegally selling Greek Cypriot refugee property in the occupied areas, will plead to the charges before the Nicosia District Court on September 21.
Robb was expected to do so today, but his lawyer Giorgos Koukounis asked for more time to consult with the Attorney General regarding the form of indictment.
The suspect was extradited to Cyprus by Britain under a European arrest warrant on August 3 and was released on bail and a restrictive order.
