Omonia lost 1-0 to Den Haag in the Netherlands, but still qualified for the playoffs for the Europa Cup thanks to a 3-0 first match win home at the GSP giving them a 3-1 aggregate win.

Historical qualification achieved by AEK in the Czech Republic when they drew 2-2 with Mlada, but AEK’s 3-0 win was in Larnaca, was enough to give them qualification to the play offs. AEK were behind twice but managed to equalise both times with goals from Priso and Mirtakovits.

Anorthosis never managed to go through even although they won 2-1 away versus the Macedonian team Rabotnicki Kometal they lost 3-2 on aggregate. Anorthosis goals were scored by Rezek and Ramos and the Macedonians scored in the 87th minute to ensure their qualification.
