Bureaucratic obstacles create problems for the construction of deluxe hotels and a “custom office” in Karpassia Gate Marina in occupied Yialousa Under the title: “Bureaucratic obstacles create problems”, Turkish Cypriot daily Kibris (09.08.11) reports on statements by officials of Karpaz Bay Resort LTD company which constructed the “Karpassia Gate Marina” at occupied Yialousa and writes that the officials of the above company stated that due to a series of bureaucratic difficulties they confront, it was not possible to pass to the second part of the project that foresees the construction of two different deluxe hotels.

Also, the paper writes that even though the “Karpassia Gate Marina” is the most beautiful marina in the Mediterranean, it still lacks of a “customs office” and adds that still is not a public place that will provide the “legal entry” of foreigners who are visiting the “country” with their yachts.
