An armed robbery took place at a kiosk in the Nicosia suburb of Pallouriotissa in the early hours of Friday.
According to the police, an unknown perpetrator entered the kiosk with a hunting rifle and took €500 in cash.
It is believed the robbery happened around 5.30am but police will announce further details later.
