NICOS SHACOLAS will step down as Chairman of Hermes Airports Ltd on July 1, to be succeeded by businessman Iacovos Iacovou, one of the owners of the Iacovou Brothers Group and a 5.6 per cent stakeholder in Hermes.

Shacolas will remain honorary company chairman for life with the right to participate in board meetings.
