Cyprus Minister of Communication and Works Erato Kozakou-Markoulli departs on Wednesday afternoon for Luxembourg, where she will participate in the EU Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council, to be held on June 16, 2011. According to an official announcement, EU Ministers will have a debate on the White Paper on transport, issued by the Commission in March, which outlines a roadmap for a resource-efficient and competitive transport system to be achieved by 2050. The debate will be structured by a questionnaire drawn up by the presidency, focusing on the overall target, the benchmark goals and the implementing strategy set out in the White Paper
