The Ministry of Labour and Social Security will host on Tuesday a ministerial meeting on employment and social affairs, in the framework of the preparation of the EU trio presidency, Poland-Denmark-Cyprus, which will exercise the presidency of the European Council from July 1st 2011 until the end of 2012.

According to an official announcement, issued here on Monday, the purpose of the meeting is to exchange views on the priorities of the Trio Presidency and achieve a better and more effective cooperation between the three countries.

The Polish Minister for Employment and Social Policy, Jolanta Fedak, the Danish Minister for Employment, Inger Stojberg and the Danish Minister of Social Affairs, Benedikte Kiaer will attend the meeting.
