The Cyprus Sports organisation announced that it would give 21 million Euros for AEL, Apollon and Aris as part of the organisations aid package to help the clubs build their own stadiums. The news was welcomed by all three clubs who have all announced plans to construct their own venues. Previously AEL and Aris had both stated they would share a ground, while Apollon opted to build their own stadium.

According to the announcement by the Cyprus sports organisation. Apollon and AEL will be each recieving 8.1 million Euros. While Aris is set to recieve 5.2 million Euros.
