Under 11s Panathinaikos Youth FC  7 Edson Youth 1

The Under 11s entered the last game of the season knowing a win would give them half a chance of winning the title pending other results going in their favour later on that day.

The Greens started the game nervously knowing what was at stake.  Within 5 minutes their  leading goal scorer chipped a goal past the keeper, the nerves disappeared and the team settled.  The boys scored another 6 goals in quick succession, 2 goals from Jonathan, 1 from Connor and their 4 goal hero Daniel, with Edson scoring a late consolation goal.  A sterling performance from all the boys.

As the final whistle blew this meant they were officially top of the Watford Friendly  league Blue Division and Champions and later results confirmed their season victory as league Champions!!!
