Barnet Football Club can confirm that our next two National League fixtures with Boreham Wood and Maidenhead United have been postponed, following a positive COVID case within the First Team Squad.

As a result of the positive case amongst the squad, the whole First Team will now enter a mandatory self-isolation period. This period is due to end ahead of our National League clash with Boreham Wood at The Hive London, on Jan 2nd. This now becomes the Bees next fixture.

The Club have followed all the relevant processes and procedures with the National League and the upcoming opposition that we were due to face.

We will now monitor all the First Team Squad and Staff members over this isolation period. Players and backroom staff will all undergo mandatory self-isolation and will follow government/league advice during this period.

The affected fixtures will be rescheduled in due course.

Everyone at the Club would like to wish the affected squad member well and we thank everybody for their continued support at this time. We will keep supporters updated with any further developments in the coming days.

On behalf of all the players and staff at the Club, we would like to wish our magnificent supporters a Merry Christmas.
